The seminar will include an overview of concepts applicable to the employer – employee relationship including:

individual differences; behavior norms; goals, evaluation and feedback; justice at work; human resources model; recruitment; selection; compendation - benefits; performance evaluation; training; and employee relations

Presented by: Clare A. Francis, Ph.D., UND Management Dept., Human Resources Instructor. Along with her academic background, she brings her experiences as a hospital executive for over 12 years. In this arena she served as a change manager in both financial and employee related issues.
