Information Resources The North Valley Arts Council (NOVAC) advocates for the arts and is dedicated to promoting the cultural industry in Greater Grand Forks. We strive to nurture and advance all artistic disciplines and to encourage community participation in the arts. To this end, NoVAC provides information for arts organizaton staff and board members, arts educators and students, legislators and policy makers, artists, arts advocates and anyone interested in our regional arts and culture. In addition to the on-line resources listed below, we provide a resource library in our office, open to anyone interested in expanding their efforts as an artist or in an arts organization.
